Who we are

This website is operated by redsite.ai. For any privacy matter, contact us at hello@redsite.ai.

What we collect, and why

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry or audit request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and — if you choose to share them — your company name, website address, phone number and message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you’ve asked for one, to prepare your audit.

Information collected automatically

With your consent (and only with your consent — see our Cookie Policy), we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors use this site and how our marketing performs. This involves cookies and pseudonymous identifiers; it does not involve selling your data. If you decline consent, these tools do not load at all.

Our lawful bases

  • Legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you send us and running our business.
  • Consent — analytics and advertising measurement cookies, which you can decline or withdraw at any time.

Where your data goes

Enquiry details are delivered to us by our email provider and, where configured, stored in our customer relationship management system so we can respond and keep track of our conversation. Consent-gated analytics data is processed by Google. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically no more than 24 months for enquiries that don’t become client relationships), after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • object to or restrict our processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing).

To exercise any of these, email hello@redsite.ai. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
